We are looking for an architect with 3-5 years of experience in planning, specifically with campus master planning, feasibility studies, and predesigns. Also experience in design, documentation, and project management of institutional projects in the $3 - $30 million range is preferred. Candidates for this position must have the ability to communicate effectively, work in a collaborative environment and be committed to excellence. Candidates should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the International Building Code (IBC), knowledge of sustainable design principles, and experience in the detailing and documentation of publicly bid projects. Proficiency with AutoCAD 2008, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project is essential. Experience with Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Freehand is helpful. Candidates with a special interest in renovation and/or adaptive re-use are encouraged to apply.
