scope Renovation and sustainable site design for existing student parking lot. The 5.75-acre site is a pilot for the Sustainable Sites Initiative program (SITES). The project design includes features such as rain gardens, bioswales, porous pavement, localized infiltration, additional vegetation and new lighting that reduces light pollution.
